Have you ever dreamed of chartering
in Italy or Tonga but cannot get enough sailing friends together to make your
dream a reality? Then perhaps an "Adventure Charter" is just for you.
Cruising World
magazine and KYC organizes small flotillas of top
quality charter yachts in interesting locations around the world. The
trips include hotels, provisioning, special events, and often air from the USA.
We always have a "lead boat" with a skipper/guide for specific local knowledge
about the sailing area. A daily chart briefing prepares you for the day's sail,
noting any "nasties" underwater along the route, and highlighting special lunch
stops or sights to visit.
You will meet other like-minded
adventurous sailors. Don't worry if you are unable to fill a boat
yourself; we will match you with other couples. Singles are always
welcome, too.

Set sail from Athens to the islands known
as the Cyclades (cycle in Greek means ‘ring’), so called because they
surround the rocky Delos, the ancient
trade, political and religious center of the world. This group of
islands in the Aegean consists of 21
large islands and 20 smaller ones, each with its own special character
and charm, and all of them a delight.
You can enjoy the lively nightlife of Mykonos, the tourist heart of Greece, the cosmopolitan flavor of Paros, Naxos
and los, and of course Tinos, the
center of the orthodox faith. The
natural beauty of the islands with their olive groves and white-washed
villages will beckon as we explore delightful harbors, enjoy peaceful
villages, and savor delicious Greek food at seaside tavernas.
